Hiring the site

Hello friends, in our recent AGM we decided that we have been undercharging for use of this building, up till now all wood chopping, water carrying, fire lighting, cleaning up and maintenance has been done by GEE directors voluntarily. This is unsustainable for us, we have tried to make the new charges fair and affordable for everyone.

½ day rental of Welcome shelter or Roundhouse £15 (£5 for key person)

Full day rental of Welcome shelter or Roundhouse £30 (£10 for key person)

Full day all site £65 (£15 for key person)

Basket of wood £2

Electricity £1 per hour

Camping £3 per person per night

These charges are effective from 1^st July 2010

Use of Welcome Shelter

Please leave the room and toilet as you found it, this means

1) Taking your things home

2) Washing up tea and food stuffs and putting our things back in the cupboard

3) Sweeping up and cleaning up any surfaces

4) Putting any compost in the compost loo

5) Replacing loo rolls from the cupboard

6) Sweeping out the toilet

If any of these aren’t done we will charge you a £5 cleaning fee!
